A mix of romanesco type cauliflowers, with beautifully shaped and deliciously appetising light green and white curds. The evenly-shaped cauliflower heads are good sized and very solid – perfect for that Sunday lunch or eaten raw with dips. Harvest September-November.
Growing Information
Sow in a seedbed outdoors March-May and later transplant to their final positions. Alternatively sow January-February under glass. Snowball A and All The Year Round may be sown late September-October for wintering in cold frames to plant out in spring. (20-26 weeks maturity).
